Adjustments

There Are Some adjustments in the Server so:

I have changed:

Max Level From 300 - 500
Max Stat of 300 - 700
Higher the Card Drop rates of 50%- 60%
But the other drops is 100%

since it is imbalance t o attack very fast i have lowered the ASPD from 197- 195
MAximum HP from 5m - 10m
Carts Maximum weight from 7k- 100k ( whoooow so strong Cart Termination )
